The Ingredients
- 2-3 large chillies (decoration)
- 2-3 shallots (crushed)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 2 inches Ginger (pounded)
- 150 gm Cili Giling MAZ
- 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 500 gm squid
Preparations:
- Heat the oil, stir-fry the pounded ingredients until crisp.
- Add 150gm Cili Giling MAZ, stir-fry until the oil breaks.
- Add the cleaned squid and season with salt and sugar.
- Leave until the squid is cooked and add the red onion slices.
- Garnish the dish with a large chili and it's ready to serve.
