Ingredient:
- 800gm Cili Giling Maz
- 3kg Red Fish Head
- 24 Small Red Onions (minced)
- 16 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 large onions (minced)
- a pinch of ginger (ground)
- 8 Stalks Kesom Leaf
- 10 Cups of Water
- 2 Cups of Cooking Oil
- a little bit ginger
- a little bit asam gelugor (asam keping)
- a little bit seasoning powder and salt
Preparations:
- Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground ingredients.
- Add Cili Giling Maz, stir-fry again until crisp.
- Add water with salt and let it boil.
- Add the red fish head.
- Add asam gelugor (asam keping)
- Add kesom leaves, boil until the fish is completely cooked.
